peaceful stay, as always. amazing base for travelling to brandon and exploring local places. plenty of goodies for breakfast. reasonably priced, great-sized room with shower and a towel or clothing. 500 metres to the bus stop.

The location is perfect and excellent and personnel is really helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean, with shower and a towel plus the bedroom provided.

Tiny bathroom facilities could use improvement for comfort!!! Noise from the pub area enters rooms, affecting a good night's sleep!!! Inconsistent hot water supply needs addressing to meet basic hygiene standards!!!

AMAZING friendly staff

The welcome from the landlady was warm and inviting, setting a great tone for my stay. The Ultimate Burger I ordered was not only filling but also tailored perfectly to my keto diet. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a good night's sleep without any disturbances from outside noise. The friendly atmosphere in the pub made dining a pleasure, though I wished for a wider choice of dishes. Evidently, regulars frequent here, but the lack of options might deter those looking for variety.

Rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom was super clean with great tea-making facilities.

The ceiling was too low for someone my height, causing me to bump my head multiple times. The shower cubicle was cramped, and the shower head was poorly positioned. I felt frustrated with these inconveniences .

Kath, the landlady, was super chill. My room was cozy, and the bed? So comfy! I even had an awesome burger that fit my keto diet. Only bummer was the morning noise from traffic, but I still got some good sleep.

I enjoyed my 9-night stay, especially the amazing food and the cozy atmosphere. The garden area was perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying the fresh air. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't offered, but it wasn't a big deal for me. 😊

Consider booking a room with a river view for a peaceful atmosphere and unique scenery, especially if you're staying for special occasions.
